Michael Hawryluk has served industrial clients within the Chicago Real Estate Market and throughout the greater United States since 2001. Hawryluk in turn quickly established a track record for success in representing the interests of industrial tenants and landlords of facilities, Build-to-Suits and land acquisitions. As a result, Michael was recognized as Rookie of the Year by Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest privately held commercial real estate firm while then being consistently included as one of the top 10 Industrial Producers in subsequent years. In late 2013 Michael was recruited by iCORE Global to act as Managing Principal within the firm’s newest Midwest office. In this role Michael continues to specialize in representing the interests of industrial clients in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of facilities and land within the Chicago Market and markets across the U.S.
Michael has been integrally involved in a variety of industrial projects representing public and private corporations, families, partnerships, and individuals in the acquisition, disposition, valuation and analysis of industrial real estate. The obligations to his clients have consisted of developing and implementing sales / leasing and marketing plans from origination to execution, which have resulted in completed transactions valued in excess of $1 billion. The following industrial clients have entrusted Michael to formulate and execute their real estate solutions.
Additionally, outside of being ranked by Costar, the most widely utilized commercial property data company in the world, as a Power Broker, Michael has been awarded the Real Estate Forum’s “Top 50 under 40” award, which ranks Michael in the top 10% of commercial real estate professionals in the nation. Beyond building the highest producing Industrial team for the company Michael has formulated over 3.75 million sf of transactions within the past 12 months.
