Edgar Levin has served corporate real estate clients and companies for over forty years as a senior real estate executive with extensive experience leading end-to-end development, site selection, transactional and portfolio initiatives across healthcare, retail, industrial, senior housing and mixed-use assets. Edgar has served across a wide array of Real Estate Transaction Management, Real Estate Strategist, as well as high level Development Management positions for large corporate brand names such as Johnson Controls (representing DaVita Dialysis), Brookdale Senior Living, Heitman Financial and Sears Holdings on a local, regional and national basis. Edgar also worked as an energy consultant helping clients optimize energy procurement, manage demand requirements, reduce operating costs and implement sustainability programs.
