After being in the O’Hare market for over 3 decades, Arlington Machinery has acquired the 650 Church facility in Lake Zurich. The +/-160,000 SF industrial facility will provide tremendous growth for the company’s growing clientele. Their former headquarters facility, a 32,000 SF facility located at 2020 Estes Ave in Elk Grove Village, was subsequently sold to VG Transport who will utilize the facility to accommodate their growth model.
