The team of Mike Hawryluk, Managing Principal together with Robert J Russell Jr, Vice President of the firm’s Brokerage Operations, have been engaged to represent an undisclosed transportation company across the US. ICG’s roles will consist of site selection, tenant / buyer representation, and lease advisory services for the ongoing requirements of the client to service their real estate portfolio consisting of over 200 locations.
