ICG Chicago’s Mike Hawryluk successfully brokered the off-market acquisition for his clients who were interested in the 48,000 sf facility on +/-14 acres in unincorporated Elgin, IL. Given the lack of inventory in today’s market we are having to get far more creative than ever for our clients to essentially create product, said Hawryluk. This is the 3rd off-market transaction Hawryluk has successfully produced for his clients in the 4th quarter of 2021 alone. The existing “Intra Soccer” operation shall remain in place to provide a place of recreation for the community.
