Magnetic Inspection Laboratory (“MIL”) acquires the 1355 Greenleaf Avenue facility in an off market transaction to further support their continued manufacturing line expansion. The 40,000 sf former “Ability Metals” facility will help accommodate MIL’s growth in the areas of aerospace, medical, industrial and power industries they have served since 1942.
