ICG Chicago’s Mike Hawryluk, Managing Principal, together with Chris Curtis, Principal of Nugent Curtis RE, were the sole brokers involved in the sale of 40 acres to the Village of Monee located at 120 Industrial Dr. The 40 acres was subdivided from the total of 130 acres, which is now under contract to a large industrial developer.
